Bitcoin : What is the minimum fee? 1 sat/byte or 1 sat?
I’ve seen many people lately say that the minimum fee (other than 0 of course) is 1 satoshi/byte, but my understanding is that the fee is whatever the difference is between transaction outputs and inputs, meaning the difference could be a total of 1 satoshi. Is this correct?
