Mustangchain was already announced some months ago, as one of the first ICO’s on the Vechain Thor blockchain.
It wanted to track horses on the blockchain, where you could track the history of the horses and validate the family tree. Horses face a market with a lot of problems, for example sick horses being sold without the buyer knowing, and without having any possibility to check the background of the horse other the documents which easy could be fraud.
So Mustangchain solved a real problem, in a trillion dollar industry. But from on yesterday Danny, CEO of Mustangchain announced Cecil Alliance. Cecil Alliance, is a reference to the Lion Cecil who has been shot down by a dentist who payed $50.000 to kill the animal. Cecil Alliance is the answer. Cecil Alliance will focus on all animals on this planet. Which is a big niche and a very unique project. It has many functionality’s , use cases and solutions.
For example tracking animal conditions, alarming Vet’s but also in animal parks alarming Guards. But for pets, you can track if the family tree is legit, which for many people can be a factor when getting a pet. You can check if vaccinations are given. Charity’s can also use Cecil Alliance, registering all the money on the chain that has been donated. Connect multiple institutions , local’s and authority’s to the chain. If they all confirm a new animal shelter has been build, tree’s have been planted etc. you can check on the blockchain if this is verified by all, and what amount of money has been spend. I am very happy Mustangchain decided to go all out, and create Cecil Alliance Foundation. The spread is a lot wider now and I see a very unique and real use case for it. Also being one of the first Vechain ICO’s makes me even more confident since Vechain is a well established enterprise blockchain.
