CryptoCurrency : Someone registered HODL as trademark
I saw that someone in Germany registered the word HODL as trademark (word mark, individual mark).
So is this legal what he did?
Is it forbidden now, that we can use the word HODL in any way (even commercially)?
What about domains that contains this word?
Should we be scared for warning letters from a lawyer if we use it?
What do you think, and what can we do against this?
