Fortuna is the first Blockchain platform for global OTC Derivative Market. It aims to solve major problems in this [500 trillion dollar industry](http://money.visualcapitalist.com/worlds-money-markets-one-visualization-2017/). Fortuna has also chosen to create a centralized derivatives platform called FOTA(Futures Options Trading Application). The platform may be centralized, but it has decentralized features that prevent internal manipulation like we have seen on Bitmex.

Brian has managed over 5 billion USD as the director of private banking department of Zhejiang Provincial Branch of BoComm, which is a national bank in China. Brian takes charge of the strategic design and implementation of Fortuna.
