Ethereum update: CPU has maximum 8 PCIe lanes, does that mean it can support 8 GPUs or less?

Hi guys,

I have an AMD A6-9500. I researched and it said this CPU has maximum 8 PCIe lanes.

Can I run 8 GPUs with this CPU or some PCIe lanes are reserved for other things like sound, USB, etc.?? That means it can only run less than 8 GPUs?
