Ethereum update: Has the Ethereum blockchain ever halted?
Last night the NEO blockchain halted all blocks for an hour. Has this ever happened with Ethereum? Me ans my friend got in an argument and after looking around I can’t anything showing that Ethereum has ever stopped.
