Ethereum update: Miner Maintenance

I was just curious what people generally do to maintain their hardware. Example preventing excessive wear and tear by turning the miners off every so often or restarting them once a week or so. I just recently started running 2 rigs basically 24/7. I am kind of concerned that over time running at basically MAX load and near max temps non stop will degrade the lifespan of the hardware (mainly my Ryzen CPU). I have always thought in general letting a PC stay on 24/7 even when not in use/idle/sleep etc was not the best for it long term. The less wear and tear the better right? Especially with something like an HDD. Correct me if I am wrong, suggest anything you think may help. Thanks for contributing.
