Ethereum update: Phoenix 2.9d and stale share/hash rate/tuning problem and stale statistics

Hello guys
I have 3 RX 580 cards and using phoenix miner 2.9e. From past 25 days I didn’t counter stale share on ethermine pool but from 3 days I am countering 3-8 stale share on ethermine statistic but there is no stale share report in miner.

Do you guys have same problem ? No stale share on miner but in ethermine pool statistic ?
What could be the problem?
I have checked HWINFO 0 memory error
Internet connection is fine like 180-400 ms on share found
Overclocking is set to normal (not too much overclocked)
