It’s not quite a full DApp since it runs as a classic web application. Bela is spent/paid off-chain as you award and collect likes. But users can deposit/withdraw BELA to any Ethereum wallet. A very cool use of an ERC20 token imo, and on the list of tokenized projects that is actually up an running.
