Ripple update: Friend wants to send me money so I can buy for him


He has a credit union and I’m gonna be using my BB&T account to buy them on Uphold for him. Is there anything I should be aware of in the area of its a credit union not a bank so it may not be as quick as bank to bank? Also I know he needs to get a wallet so I can send them to him when I do finally get them but I’m more concerned with a union to bank. He wants to send me the money over Facebook messenger which is fine bc I’ve sent money to friends like that before so I know it’s ok. Any other tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
