Ripple update: xCurrent is instant settlement
I’m writing this post because I have noticed a lot of confusion in regards to xRapid vs xCurrent. Today I have read in some comments where it is said the xRapid is the only way for a transaction to settle instantly. That is not the case, xRapid is a way to source low cost liquidity, eliminating the need for Nostro/Vostro accounts.

I was getting downvotes when I brought this up and I was getting comments reinforcing the notion of xCurrent not being instant settlement. It’s important we understand the products and if I am mistaken please enlighten me
