Bitcoin : A Slow Transformation
Way back when, rBitcoin was mostly discussion and deep dives into interesting aspects as the protocol. At Bitcoin became more popular, the sub was taken over and slowly the content started to vanish, instead replaced by memes about price, links to tweets, and conspiracy theories.
Now, I see the same happening here. Most posts seem to be a link to a tweet, some poorly formed propaganda, borderline hatespeech of an individual or individuals, and repeated posts from trolls, shills, or memes.
This is how discussion is squashed, washed out, or hidden from view. Be vigilant.
