Bitcoin : Asking question regarding MT gox (Mark Karpeles)
Basically ,i just seen the post about that user need to summit a claiming form again for mt gox.
so i googled to read some news about it and i have a question .
1) if this Mark guy responsible for a stolen bitcoin , why would the max payout would be only $400 ? since the price is relatively high now per bitcoin.
2) so many news site say this mark guy will have 800 millions left with him ?.. how ?
