Bitcoin : At txstreet there are always more full busses than shown on the jochen website

For example, right now (8:50 UTC) there are 11 full buses on [txstreet](https://txstreet.com). On [jochen-hoenicke](https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#3,8h) the mempool hasn’t been bigger than 8MB for the last 8 hours.

What could the problem be? Having different mempool acceptance rules?
