Bitcoin : BCH Dev Team: I am offering to host a group of 10 devs (under the same roof) and cover their extremely basic living necessities related to housing and food. 25 hrs/week contributing to team project, and 20 hrs/week working on any BCH project of your choosing. Members get equal equity in team project

Problem – It appears to me there is:
1. A lack of development in the BCH space (This is true of perhaps all cryptos)
2. There are many disorganized one man marching band developers out there
3. Many devs are struggling to balance their work/free time/BCH development
Advantages of proposal:
1. Focus full time on BCH development (without worrying about covering housing/food)
2. Leverage your time by working with a team
3. Equal equity in the team project
4. Low-cost strategy allows us to build a larger team faster, while retaining equity.
5. Spend 20+ hrs/week on the BCH project of your choosing.
The Team project will focus on p2p applications which promote the usage of Bitcoin Cash (We are not creating an ICO). All members will be under the same roof at a location within the US (TBD). We are currently a two man team with jobs which prevent us from working full time on BCH. If there is enough interest my partner will quit his day-job and I will continue working to cover team living expenses. If you are not a developer and would like to join/contribute to the team I am interested in hearing your proposal (especially animators).
