Bitcoin : Do you ever use Decentralized Exchanges or Attomic Swap?

I love to trade crypto and I have been at it for almost 4 years. I personally love using decentralized exchanges that basically allow for trading to happen essentially between wallets without needing to deposit or withdrawal from a third party.

I think it’s great but i find that very few people use the DEXs that I frequent or if they do use them the volumes are incredibly low.
I’m not sure why this is, would some of the people who trade crypto around here let me know what your thoughs are on using these platformes and what it is that keeps you from using them or keeps you using with similar volumes as you would on a traditional exchange.
