Bitcoin : How to explain the benefits of BCH to the average person?
Hi everyone, I’ve been lurking for quite sometime, but this marks my first post!
My question is fairly straightforward. Tonight I was excited about Bitcoin Cash and explaining its properties to my significant other. After talking a bit she said, “isn’t this basically the same as Venmo? Or other common instant money transfer apps?”
In response I told her that BCH is safer, cheaper, and faster. But I had difficulty explaining the significance of that. It felt like I was splitting hairs between BCH and other payment apps commonly used in the United States.
So when discussing BCH with people who typically use Venmo, PayPal, etc., how do you make BCH compellingly stand out from the competition?
P.S. I just want to thank this sub so much for the information and education it has given me over the past few months. I have learned so much and I am so excited about the future of crypto!
