Bitcoin : I like BCH because it’s boring technology
BCH is like a boring old wheel. It turns (and so far) it works. That’s it: turn turn turn.
Lots of other cryptos need some fancy scaling mechanism. Whether it’s lightning for BTC that promises nearly free extraordinary transactions or Ethereum working on it’s next level. BCH just continues to do the same thing (albeit it will need technology improvements, but not wholesale changes).
Maybe people are like moths, attracted to the light. Boring isn’t good enough, they need something brand new always. Maybe new is needed. Right now that’s like saying the wheel doesn’t work after driving 10 k/hr and saying it will never go to 50 k/hr so we need to build a rocket ship instead.
