Bitcoin : Non-spendable on blockchain.info help?

Hi guys wonder if anyone could give me a bit of help please 🙂
I have a little bit of cash in bitcoin (nothing to be too concerned about approx £150) and I keep an eye on it going up and down on blockchain.info app. My balance on there now shows zero, but states (in a grey box) my actual balance, approx. £150, is non spendable.
Have I been scammed? How can I check? Blockchain.info help isnt very helpful. What do I need to do to try and recover the cash? I have paperwork with codes/passwords/public & private keys/ phrase lists.
I’ve bought bitcoin in small increments a few times and now don’t know which ones which, or even what to do with them if I did know.
Yes I’m an idiot but any help would be really appreciated 🙂
