Your balance on the site only shows the balance in the main address. It is entirely possible that things like an aborted test left funds in other addresses. Just install any wallet that can use a BIP39 seed and import the Mnemonic into it.

Edit: There has been a huge jump in the size of the UTXO set from ~17920000 to 18034753 at the moment.
