Bitcoin : Sent one year ago to poloniex both BCH and BTC to same BTC address

After fork I sent with Core wallet my BTC to poloniex. That move both coins BCH and BTC. Now still my BCH is stucked in Poloniex and they cannot give it to me if I don’t provide BCH transaction ID. How I can find it when I have only my BTC transaction ID what I know.
