Bitcoin : ShapeShift stole 15 ETH from me! They are telling me to wait for Several days to weeks for refund
Hi,
I have transferred 15 ETH for conversion of ETC , my transaction was successfully confirmed in blockchain , but in Shapeshift its was still showing as awaiting deposit.
I raised a support ticket , and got an update that Compliance team is currently reviewing my transactions for past 2days
They are telling me to wait for several weeks to several days for this refund.
Can someone help me here.
They are stealing peoples money , shapeshift is a scam.
