Bitcoin : What is the solution to Bch private transactions

No matter what way you look at it on chain transactions are not really very private.

We are in an age where central banks are instructing banks to become more and more cashless

None of us want another person to be able to see what we spend our money on. Not even talking about dark net, just from a data harvesting point of view

Tumblers and mixers only work so well, and really only work with huge liquidity

Is there any short to medium term solution?
Telling someone to never use and address twice etc is not going to cut it in the real world. People don’t care about privacy (us early adopters do) , google adoption has shown that. So privacy needs to be inbuilt. And I don’t mean “It becomes private when 100 million people use it every day”

Can anyone fill me in on this?
I am really not well informed and am looking to learn.
I do think issues like this are very important and I think it could be really important in the future.

Would be nice to have a conversation without the mudslinging we have seen over the past few weeks re hard fork
