Blockchain : Blockchain for Department of Defense?
Hi; a friend who works for DoD asked me and I thought it’d be a good question to throw out to everyone:
What Blockchain and associated technologies could DoD start using or preparing to use now?
I said using it to secure their classified data networks to avoid unauthorized users.
But what do I know?
Any other ideas?
What is the Blockchain?
A block chain is a transaction database shared by all nodes participating in a system based on the Bitcoin protocol. A full copy of a currency’s block chain contains every transaction ever executed in the currency. With this information, one can find out how much value belonged to each address at any point in history.
