Blockchain : The Battle Against Untruthful Content
Proof’s community will lead the frontier in the battle against untruthful content. We are building a platform which leverages the wisdom of the crowds to establish truth. While researching blockchain technologies and its possibilities, we envisioned a new type of editorial system, where people (referred to as Voters) are incentivized with tokens to vote on the truthfulness of content.
Proof is, at its most basic core, a **(1)** **market based platform** using the **(2)** **wisdom of crowds**, **(3) a shared economy**, **(4) designed incentives**, **(5) applied microeconomic theories** and **(6) a strong governance system** to create a unique, inexpensive and scalable solution to solve society’s problem of untruthful content.

What is the Blockchain?
A block chain is a transaction database shared by all nodes participating in a system based on the Bitcoin protocol. A full copy of a currency’s block chain contains every transaction ever executed in the currency. With this information, one can find out how much value belonged to each address at any point in history.
