Ethereum update: 5 1080 TI RIG RESTARTING HX1200I PSU AND 8PIN ADAPTER
Hello , i recently started mining , i currently have 5 gtx 1080 ti’s with h110 pro btc motherboard and a hx1200i psu
On the psu i only have 4 pcie cables so i bought some molex to 8 pin adapters and 6 pin from , i cant get 5 card mining on lyra2z as power consumption is quite low but with the 8 and 6 pin adapter my rig keeps restarting after 24 minutes , i suspect it is a psu safety .
i already tried all my risers to see if any faulty but none and the restart only happens when the 5th gpuis connected with the adapter trough molex
i tried to switch rail-mode on single rail but no success
does anyone had the same issue or is it possible to connect the GPU with those adapters ?
