Ethereum update: CEO of Satoshi Portal Debates with Vitalik Burtin on Whether Bitcoin Core Is a Political Tribe-Coinness
While the Ethereum founder Vitalik Burtin referred Bitcoin Core as a political tribe and Bitcoin a currency, Francis Pouliot, CEO of Satoshi Portal, argued that Bitcoin, instead of Bitcoin Core, is a political tribe.
“Bitcoin Core is just a tool, a software that is compliant with the current consensus rules. Any other tribe is currently an altcoin. Also, note that libbitcoin and knots are both still Bitcoin and not Core,” said Francis Pouliot.
