Ethereum update: Hynix vs Samsung memory overclocking

I have Asus RX 480 Dual 4 GB OC cards, with both Hynix and Samsung memory. With stock BIOS Hynix gets 22.4, and Samsung 24.5 Mhash on average. With Afterburner powel limit -10%, core clock 1150 MHz and memory clock 2150 MHz Samsung gets 27, but no effect on Hynix.
Does anyone have good settings for Hynix memory to get similar results?
