Ethereum update: I made my first DApp. Does anyone know where I could get feedback?

I thought notaries provided a cool function, but weren’t easy to use. So I thought about combining notarization with something that resembled OneNote—A quick note-taking interface, but with the ability to sign those notes to your account on the blockchain.

I learnt a lot about Ethereum and building DApps in the process. I’d really appreciate if somebody was to tell me everything that’s wrong with the DApp, so I can build better things later.
