Ethereum update: Low hashrate with Claymore miner and GTX 1060 on Ubuntu 18.04

Hello, Everybody!

I have a [mining rig with 8 GeForce GTX 1060 3GB on Ubuntu 18.04](https://developernote.com/2018/07/mining-ethereum-on-ubuntu-18-04-with-geforce-gtx-1060-3gb/), (see the link for more information on how I set up it). When I start Claymore miner with the following arguments:

ethdcrminer64 -epool eth-eu1.nanopool.org:9999 -ewal <my wallet>.rig3/<my email> -epsw x -mode 1 -ftime 10

[four cards give 19+ or 20+ Mh/s, and four cards give only 15+ Mh/s](https://developernote.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/nvidia-mining6-15Mhs.png) (click on the link to see the screenshot), so looks like I loose about 16+ Mh/s.

I cannot say for sure, but at least I did not notice that on Windows 7 64 bit.
