Ethereum update: Reddit April Fools Day Button Dapp
Hello All,
Inspired by reddit’s April Fool’s Day “button” project, I created a similar concept for Ethereum. Pay a fee to press a button. This starts a timer, and if the timer runs out before anyone else has pressed the button, you get the pot 🙂
There are a few other rules:
– Each time you press the button, the countdown until you win will decrease
– You can’t press the button again until after a cooloff time
– First time you press the button, you need to pay a small percentage of the total pot.
I released a “single” button a couple months ago, but wanted to extend it so that anyone can create their own button with different button parameters (different press fees, different countdowns, etc).
