Ethereum update: Upgrading desktop wallet software
Just need to double check so I don’t do anything stupid and loose my funds. I have Ethereum desktop wallet on Windows 10. Since I do not have the latest software of the wallet, I need to update it.
– Do I need to uninstall the current wallet before installing the latest version of the desktop wallet? If this is the case, should I backup my keystore folder before doing this? Then after I install the new wallet, I would import these key back into the new software?
– Or I can just download the latest version of the wallet and install it, and be done with it?
