Ethereum update: Why do people use AMD cards over NVIDIA?
Why are people using AMD cards for mining ether over Nvidia?
Aren’t the GTX 1060/1070 more power efficient?
I am currently mining Ether directly on:
14 X 1060 6GB
14 X 1070 8GB
All for a total hashrate of 794 Mh/s
Also, I am running running on Nicehash:
4 X 1070 8GB
1 X 1070 Ti 8GB
5 X 1089 Ti
All amounting to ~12USD/day in BTC payments
Was this a mistake in card choice?
Please advise.
