Ripple update: Buying XRP in New York @ 17 y/o?
As the title says I want to know how I can buy XRP in New York at 17 years old. I’ve tried to use Coinbase but I’m still waiting for my account to verify under parental guidance and am under the impression that they don’t want minor customers. I’ve also tried Kraken and it almost worked (No verification required unless tier 3) but I couldn’t use it because I live in New York. I know that Changelly works but I’m drawn away by the huge fees/tax they have that they don’t mention in their advertisements. Does anyone know of a website where I can freely purchase XRP without limits due to my age or location. Or as a final resort, is there a website where I can trade bitcoin for XRP also keeping in mind my limitations?
