Ripple update: Dutch bank ING using Ripple technology?
Users of the mobile ING app received the following message today (translated from Dutch to English):
(…)
“The world around us is changing because of technological progress and your needs as a customer. This means we are changing as well. Because of this, payments among banks will become significantly faster in 2019. Sending or receiving money, even if it is from or to another bank, will be done in mere seconds. Not only on working days, but also during weekends and on holidays. We call this Instant Payments.”
Does anyone have information regarding ING and what kind of solution they might have implemented?
