Ripple update: Ripple distibuted exchange – how to?
Hello all,
I am new to Ripple and XRP, and while watching [David Schwartz ‘Building internet of value”](https://youtu.be/twqWyYrDObc?t=22m52s) there was a mention about **Ripples distributed exchange**. I could not find more information about it on how to actually use it? Is it available for everyone or only for banks / Ripple’s registered partners?
