Ripple update: What determines the amount of the transfer fee?
Does anyone know what determines the amount of the transfer fee? I’ve seen many transactions [here](https://twitter.com/XRPL_Monitor), and all of them have different transfer fees – sometimes it’s just a few drops, sometimes is a whole XRP! I’d be really worried if the transaction fee gets to a point of 1 XRP when the actual price of 1 XRP is $589+.
Any ideas?
