I am a bit confused about how the fee works for USDT. If you go to [https://omniexplorer.info/](https://omniexplorer.info/), and look at a series of transactions, the BTC fee doesn’t seem to correlate with the amount of USDT transferred. Any explanation for how this work? Does OMNI handle this fee? If so, how is it handled and how much of it is cost and how much is it do they keep?
