Ethereum update: Bricked rx 570s?

I have been mining etherium for a while now and initially I had 3 rx 570 powercolor red dragon 4gb running on windows 10, and the asus b250 LGA1151as my mobo.

I wasn’t sure how to optimize the mining rig and was too busy to really look into drivers or bios flashing so at first the GPUs just ran stock. Of course the hash rate sucked but after a few days claymore would shut down after about 15 minutes from starting up (sorry I don’t have details on the error it was giving me). I pulled out each GPU one at a time to see if one card was the issue and sure enough one card was causing the problems. I just ignored it for the time being and got the remaining two cards working at 28mh each after installing the drivers and flashing the bios following [this guide](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Syaf6o1SEUc&t=276s&index=2&list=PLAWidsHfQ_mgIFHgNb2t2y4Yf4vzEaKpM).

I decided to plug in the broken GPU and give it the flash and bios update to see if that would fix its issues. After the bios issue was flashed the computer would no longer boot. I eventually re flashed the bios after I uninstalled the graphics drivers so the OS wouldn’t recognize the GPU and not have it interface with the computer. After flashing the bios back to stock, I tried to re installed the drivers but the same issue persisted, the computer crashed about half way through the driver install. I decided to plug the GPU into another computer to see if the issue was just with my setup. I plugged the GPU into a friends computer and once I installed the drivers the same issue happened. At this point I assumed the card was bad and I contacted powercolor and did an RMA and they “fixed” the card.

When I got back the card i installed the drivers and it worked fine then I installed the bios flash and I am back at square one. I am pretty confident they sent me back the same exact card so I just chalked it up to bad luck and have just let it sit on my desk for a while.

I bought a new GPU (same exact model) and ran into literally the same issue. After flashing the bios the card crashes the computer when ever it interfaces with it. I have to use DDU to get the drivers off the computer so I can boot it and the computer wont interface with this new card. I have tried flashing the bios with the stock bios I saved when I initially did my first flash. As well as flashing it with two bioses I found online. All ends with a card that crashes my computer the second it start to interface. I can’t even install drivers with the card plugged in because half way through the driver install it crashes every time. I have tried both ming rig drivers and the minimal normal graphics drivers, both crash. I have even tried reseting the mobo bios back to default settings in hope that was the issue but again, same issues.

sorry if I missed any thing but if you have any ideas I would love to hear any suggestions you have.
