Ripple update: Canadian Exchange NDAX.IO has CAD/XRP pairings and no deposit fees.

Just found this gem, they seem new (May 2018) and currently offer no deposit fees and of course XRP/CAN pairings. They accept Etransfer, money wire and bank draft.
I hope this finds my Canadian friends well as buying crypto up here has become a tiduous task.
Edit for ridiculous withdraw fees (10 XRP flat)
